This was the first Real Estate book I ever read and I learned a lot of terms and shifted my mindset. I will be reading it again with the Audiobook this time
There is obviously some useful information. I have been turned off by the several phone calls from 19 yr olds. I thought I was talking to real estate guys. They were strictly salesman with scripts that knew little about investing in real estate. One of the PDFs that I paid additional for was from markets in 2022 I think, that do not apply to todays market. It seemed most of the material was about mind set and processes of thought. Like I said, there was material to take from. I got what I expected.

Such a great read, and very easy! This book explains a lot that most people do not know about investing in real estate. Highly recommend.
Loved the book. It has soo much value in it.
The salespeople were exceptional, not taking no for an answer. I thought I would get more actual mentoring vs trying to follow conversations on a call. I’m clearly not as ready as I thought I was to jump into this level of investing. I don’t have the money and the $7000 I spent Is like to have back.
I never used it and didn’t feel the need for it and wanted a refund and it was nonrefundable. They can credit it, but I don’t want anything. I just want my money.
This was one of the first real estate books that I had the privilege to learn from. As I start my real estate journey it’s very important for me to gain knowledge. If you come across it, definitely give it a read and get yourself one! Tons of information to learn from.
I knew that the cash flow is the most important thing in Real estate investment and without it nothing is interesting.

This book blew my mind and opened my eyes to the possibilities. Grant lays down the frame work on how to 10X your investment and shows you how its possible in this book.
It would have taken years to pull together this information from other sources. Grant's willingness to share his knowledge and experience through easy to use course materials, AND to help new investors get started funding qualified deals through Cardone Capital AND providing the forum for Crowd Funding deals with qualified investors through Club membership is nothing short of Awesome and Amazing.
