Excellent! Related completely with every word! Makes total sense to me. I was more involved with real estate mostly in Southern California in various titles as an appraiser, loan officer and vacation ownership in the mid 80s and 90s. Mostly SFR but I remember the owner of the appraise company showed me multi-family apartment unit appraisals and the numbers involved. If you're just getting started in RE investing, then there is a wealth of information to be learned in this course. Even if you are a seasoned investor, there is still much to learn. The first course was over 9 hours of video with the audio files provided for listening while driving or jogging... I listened to them all. The second course is a LOT more intensive with quizzes at the end of each chapter. I LOVE it! What a great way to review and make sure you have a good understanding of the material. While I will not be able to fund large deals myself, I look forward to attending the RE summit to network and find partners. If you are on the fence about whether or not to buy this course, just look at the reviews! How can you deny a 5-star average recommendation?
