  • Chief Marketing Officer

    Cardone Training Technologies, Inc - Aventura, FL Job Summary:

    Grant Cardone and Cardone Training Technologies, is seeking a creative and innovative Chief Marketing Officer to join our executive team.

    We’re interested in expanding our marketing plan on all mediums, with an emphasis on digital and funnel marketing. We need someone who has extensive experience in social media (Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and digital direct response marketing. The ideal candidate will understand the e-commerce, digital marketing and online training industries and know how to set our business apart in a big way by marketing the right message to the right audience.     Responsibilities:

    - Set and achieve strategic goals related to social media metrics, satellite radio, television advertising and marketing campaign initiatives

    - Design and improve upon marketing campaigns for each aspect of our company

    - Create and propagate an enthusiastic, relevant brand message that will resonate with our target demographics

    - Provide daily revenue reports, social media strategies and other components of the marketing program

    - Oversee our digital properties department “Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company

    - Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands

    - Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives

    - Develop a feasible marketing plan for all company assets and oversee its day-to-day implementation

    - Plan and organize marketing functions (product promotion, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”

    - Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing a plus (MBA preferred)

    - 10+ years’ experience in marketing and/or advertising

    - 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role

    - Strong leadership and project development skills

    - Familiarity with strategic marketing campaigns

    Deputy Controller Reality TV Show personality, NY Times Bestselling Author and Sales Training Guru is seeking an experienced Deputy Controller to join our incredible treasury team.

    The company has a large e-commerce business, as well as a robust contract business.

    Digital marketing and e-commerce represents the bulk of the growth potential to the firm and an experienced accounting professional is needed to support this expansion.


    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    - Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements

    - Maintain and balance an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.

    - Accomplishes accounting objectives by assigning, managing and scheduling assignments.

    - Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions; maintaining compliance with policies and procedures which coincide with our company daily business practices.

    - Strong Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll experience.
