If you're just getting started in RE investing, then there is a wealth of information to be learned in this course. Even if you are a seasoned investor, there is still much to learn. The first course was over 9 hours of video with the audio files provided for listening while driving or jogging... I listened to them all. The second course is a LOT more intensive with quizzes at the end of each chapter. I LOVE it! What a great way to review and make sure you have a good understanding of the material. While I will not be able to fund large deals myself, I look forward to attending the RE summit to network and find partners. If you are on the fence about whether or not to buy this course, just look at the reviews! How can you deny a 5-star average recommendation?

Excellent detailed study step by step guide!
I really enjoy studying the courses every weekend! There is so much knowledge and insane amount of knowledge in the course! I have been studying almost a year and just about to finish it then plan to go back and study it again! Get it!!! Grant literally goes over every law, every formula and he spends an extreme amount of time explaining so that anyone will understand how to invest in buying apts!

The best investment I’ve ever made
Within the first 30 minutes I felt like I’d already received the value back and more. This helps you avoid mistakes that will cost you 10s of millions of dollars down the line. This gives you everything you need to know, and if you’re like me you’ll have more than 100 pages of notes. After this you’ll be ready to buy your first deal, and you can definitely lose more than the 10000 this program costs. Especially if you have no idea what you’re doing. The more you learn the more you earn. Invest in yourself, and don’t lose money.

Tells you exactly how to start Real Estate investing
This program is extremely helpful. Grant teaches very important terms to know, what to look for on a deal, and also even how to ask the best questions to a broker. I have already asked brokers the questions that Grant suggest and have been blown away with the responses. I had one broker tell me that, "I am only releasing this OM to those that are experienced in the field like yourself." I would not have been able to do this with out learning the material in this course. This course is a must have if you are investing in Real Estate.

So far so great!
The program is very thorough! While taking it, I feel confident that I am being well equipped with the knowledge and mindset I need to start in real estate! How to Create Wealth Investing in Real Estate
Several years ago I realized the way to wealth on this planet was through Real Estate. With that being said, I had no (and factually false) information on what to look for and things to consider. So far this program is packed with information which I will have to watch over and over to fully duplicate so that I can apply it. As a result of Grants info, you will have the data to UNDERSTAND multi family real estate from an experienced professional who does exactly what he teaches. Any of his products on real estate change the way you think about life (not just real estate) and this is no different!

How to create wealth through real estate
This book will change my life as all GCs book have. My family has been in Multifamily renovation for 25 years. We know a good deal when we see it. This book is spot on and very motivating. It puts things into perspective very simply. It also shows GC wants to help the little guy succeed. Must read!
