It is simply amazing how a book like this can have such an impact on how you see every client interaction in a new light as you actively and deliberately move towards the close with a clear vision of the end result. You can't just read this book if you want to fully benefit from it. You have to digest it. You have to do the homework. What I thought was going to be gaining some knowledge has turned into a process of continuous study and fine tuning the handling of virtually all sales opportunities in just about every situation.

She saw your ads and has been a big fan for a long time. She purchased this book and set it on the table and I devoured it. Been trying to take on small deals for a while and am irritated for all the reasons indicated in the book. Grant and team, well done. You’ve really created a nice overview justifying real estate as an investment asset class and specifically the reasoning for apartments all together. I pray GC makes a lot of money!

Ordered end Oct. According to the UPS fulfillment facility, it is STILL there and hasn't moved since 8 November. After many emails I still have not had any indication of what the heck the hold up is. I am also waiting for pdf version which I would love, but alas, I haven't as yet received ANY of the 6 giveaway bonuses that I appear to be entitled to. I know things happen, but COMMUNICATION is key. I'm sure the book will be fabulous. I'd just like the opportunity to read it soon. Sadly I can't recommend something I haven't received - either hardcopy or digital version.
