This book is excellent for the ambitious who are looking to dip into the waters of the real estate world. Not only does Grant give excellent perspective as someone with over 3 decades of experience in the space, but gives clear formulas, parameters, and guidelines on how he has been able to be successful that can be followed by the reader. Full disclaimer, at times in the book it will seem that the framing of the experience is daunting, setting up a clear reason to invest in apartments through Grant. Love him or hate him, the reasons make sense! This is especially the case for the individual with full time responsibilities. There is a significant amount of moving parts; if it were easy, everyone would own an apartment. However, its clear the author of this book is not only experienced, but proven. Whether someone is interested in purchasing real estate themselves or partnering with an experienced investor, the book is a phenomenal read to both be in the right headspace and understanding a deal to maximize success rates. A Must read !

I loved the book so much, Mr Cardone has made it so simple to understand the basics of the real estate market, it has made me personally want to enter a career of real estate. This book is the best book I have ever read.

He is not afraid of competition or deals too big. I agree with him that people who have the confidence to dwell in the world of multi family real estate have great lives, are happy, healthier,calmer and overachievers.
