Worth It!

The mentoring program is a great opportunity to grow while asking questions and learning from others. Grant takes his time out to walk you through good deals and bad deals. That time with Grant is priceless!

Perceived Risk

For years I put off buying into Grant Cardone’s programs because of my perceived risk associated with GC and his programs. Now I’m kicking myself! I purchased a virtual ticket for the Real Estate Interactive Event in July of 2023 and followed up with buying into the 12-month Real Estate Mentorship Program. For years I felt as though Grant and his sales team were too aggressive and that he was just someone claiming to be some “real estate guru” that would over promise and under deliver. Almost every program I’ve ever bought into over the internet or from someone trying to sell me something is that way. Man, was I wrong about Uncle G. I’m only a little over a week into the 12-month Mentorship program and the value has already far exceeded my expectations in ways I cannot even begin to describe. For years I wanted to get involved in serious real estate investing but never knew how or never found a way that would truly make it profitable. I also thought at times that this goal and dream of mine would be unattainable and would take way too long for it to happen in my lifetime... once again because of a perceived risk. But it is not the real risk that I thought it was or would be. The only person that was holding me back from making this possible was me. I’m not even halfway through the program or the training material and I already have people lined up waiting to invest with me, project managers wanting to work with me, and so many other people I will need down the road to make this things happen for myself and others. I’m just over a week in, and I’ve already been able to work through more than 80 deals to see if they would work and can tell I’m getting closer to find that one that will be my first investment. I do have prior knowledge from being a residential real estate agent and I’ve studied a variety of real estate investing strategies for years. But Grant’s programs are taking me to the next level with break neck speed by connecting the dots in ways that I never thought of or did not think were possible for me. Don’t get me wrong, there is a real risk with investing in real estate. There is also a lot of material to learn for someone that has never been involved in real estate before. Do not expect that results will happen overnight or that you will have truckloads of money flowing in within the first 30 days if you are not familiar with a lot of the terms that Grant uses and do not already have the connections, relationships and network to make this happen. This is a marathon and not a sprint. But the greatest rewards and anything that is worth pursuing in life is a challenge and comes with risk. This is an opportunity to create generational wealth in ways that I have never seen with anything else. I wish I had done this sooner. What you have to decide for yourself is if the risk you are focusing on is a perceived risk or a real risk. Will it be hard to do the things that Grant Cardone teaches? Yes. Will it be worth it though? Absolutely!

Learned so much from this 2 day training. Grant is so generous with his knowledge and time. He seems to really care about our success and helping us to learn everything we can about this business. Removing the doubts

Q & A Coaching calls are absolutely awesomely amazing. Uncle G always over delivers and remove our doubts. Price is a myth its not your problem it is sellers problem. Always call the broker and ask questions why they are selling it. Location Location Location. Bigger number of units better is the deal. Thank you Uncle G.

Day one was awesome! Grant was on the call answering questions live along with his amazing support staff. The group is large with 400+ members accross North America in all stages of experience. The group member chat is the best way to connect with like minded members. Everyone so far in the chat has been helpful in answering basic to the most detailed questions. Support staff is easy to reach within business hours and super helpful.
