If you're just getting started in RE investing, then there is a wealth of information to be learned in this course. Even if you are a seasoned investor, there is still much to learn. The first course was over 9 hours of video with the audio files provided for listening while driving or jogging... I listened to them all. The second course is a LOT more intensive with quizzes at the end of each chapter. I LOVE it! What a great way to review and make sure you have a good understanding of the material. While I will not be able to fund large deals myself, I look forward to attending the RE summit to network and find partners. I really enjoy studying the courses every weekend! There is so much knowledge and insane amount of knowledge in the course! This program is extremely helpful. Grant teaches very important terms to know, what to look for on a deal, and also even how to ask the best questions to a broker. I have already asked brokers the questions that Grant suggest and have been blown away with the responses. I had one broker tell me that, "I am only releasing this OM to those that are experienced in the field like yourself." I would not have been able to do this with out learning the material in this course. This course is a must have if you are investing in Real Estate.
