Excellent Read
“How to create wealth investing in real estate” is an excellent book, giving you all the basics needed to understand how to safely protect and build wealth. Grant outlines how to spot good deals and bad deals, and most importantly instructs you on how to secure the good deals once you find them. Looking forward to applying the knowledge Grant has provided.

Awesome book. Wish I knew about it sooner.
It is simply amazing how a book like this can have such an impact on how you see every client interaction in a new light as you actively and deliberately move towards the close with a clear vision of the end result. You can't just read this book if you want to fully benefit from it. You have to digest it. You have to do the homework. What I thought was going to be gaining some knowledge has turned into a process of continuous study and fine tuning the handling of virtually all sales opportunities in just about every situation.

My wife is smarter than I am
She saw your ads and has been a big fan for a long time. She purchased this book and set it on the table and I devoured it. Been trying to take on small deals for a while and am irritated for all the reasons indicated in the book. Grant and team, well done. You’ve really created a nice overview justifying real estate as an investment asset class and specifically the reasoning for apartments all together. I pray GC makes a lot of money!

I’ve given it to some homeless people in Vancouver who received it with gratitude, some others who I work with in the film industry who always had issues with money. I find it to be the sweetest and easiest tool to assist those who are struggling with going around the mountain of slavery. Yes people need salvation and Jesus saves, people want to go to heaven but don’t want to accept the man who can get them there. The people who want more money don’t want to seek out the information that will get them there. There’s a road that is narrow which leads to wealth, riches, and life, but wide is road which leads to perdition, loss, and death. This little book has the power to transform the life of the most hardened skeptic and like an evangelistic tract, will even point towards the direction of hope for those who need it most. Thank you for helping so many people with this small but mighty ripple effect!

Getting your mind deprogrammed.
Excellent, it gives you a different way to think about business and life. Wish I would have had this when I was 20 years old, would have changed my whole life. The Millionaire Booklet has gotten me motivated, and changed the way I look at my families property management business.
